Data Deletion Request

1. Your Right to Erasure

Under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the right to suspend, withdraw, or order the blocking, removal, or destruction of your personal data from our filing systems. This includes any data obtained from Meta (Facebook) platforms, such as your Meta user ID, email address, profile picture, and access tokens.

2. What Data We Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove: (a) Your account information (name, email address); (b) Your Facebook Page connection data (Page ID, Page name, encrypted Page access token); (c) All booking records associated with your account; (d) Payment proof images you have uploaded; (e) Any other personal data linked to your ReserbaNow account.

3. How to Request Deletion

You may request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

• Via your account: Log in to ReserbaNow, go to Settings, and use the "Delete Account" option to immediately remove all your data.
• Via email: Send a deletion request to johncarlo@sarinas.work with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

4. Processing Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 15 business days of verification, in accordance with the National Privacy Commission's guidelines. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

5. Retained Data

Certain data may be retained beyond your deletion request only where required by law — for example, transaction records required under the Tax Code of the Philippines or records needed to comply with a lawful order from a government authority. Such retained data will be isolated and not used for any other purpose.

6. Facebook / Meta Data

If you connected your Facebook account or Page to ReserbaNow, submitting a deletion request here will also remove all Meta Platform Data we have stored on your behalf, including your Meta user ID, email address, profile picture, and any Page access tokens. To revoke ReserbaNow's access to your Facebook account directly, you may also visit Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and remove ReserbaNow from there.

7. Lodge a Complaint

If you believe your data deletion request has not been handled properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines at www.privacy.gov.ph.
