We collect: (a) Account information (name, email address) during registration; (b) Facebook Page data (Page ID, Page name, Page access token) when you connect your Facebook Page; (c) Booking data (client names, appointment dates/times, confirmation codes) created through the Messenger booking flow; (d) Payment proof images submitted by clients; (e) Usage data (page visits, feature interactions) for service improvement.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) Provide and maintain the ReserbaNow booking service; (b) Process bookings and send automated Messenger notifications; (c) Send transactional emails (OTP verification, booking alerts, billing notifications); (d) Communicate with you about your account and our services; (e) Comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Storage and Security
Personal data is stored in secure cloud databases. Facebook Page access tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of personal data, as required by RA 10173.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Meta (Facebook) for Messenger integration, Resend for email delivery, Supabase for file storage, Vercel for hosting. Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
