Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReserbaNow platform operated under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including Republic Act No. 8792 / RA 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act of 2000). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

ReserbaNow provides an automated booking management platform that integrates with Facebook Messenger. The service allows business owners to accept, manage, and track client bookings through their Facebook Page.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for: (a) Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; (b) All activity that occurs under your account; (c) Ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable Philippine laws and regulations; (d) The accuracy of information you provide about your business.

4. Facebook Integration

By connecting your Facebook Page, you authorize ReserbaNow to: (a) Send messages on behalf of your Page to clients who initiate conversations; (b) Set up a Persistent Menu on your Page; (c) Process incoming messages to provide automated booking services. You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Messenger Platform policies.

5. Billing and Credits

New accounts receive 3 free trial booking credits. Additional credits can be purchased through credit packs. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) Use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) Interfere with or disrupt the service; (c) Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users; (d) Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend your account if: (a) You violate these Terms; (b) Your use of the service poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure; (c) Required by law. Suspended accounts will have their booking flow paused. You will be notified if your account is suspended.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReserbaNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
